BERDI Planung GmbH is looking for construction managers for Bernkastel-Kues and/or Koblenz starting immediately to oversee the realization of demanding projects from detailed design through to acceptance. The role covers cost, schedule and quality control, approval of invoices and change orders, bills of quantities, as well as regular site inspections with the executing companies. Requirements include a degree in civil engineering or further training as a building technician, as well as solid knowledge of HOAI, VOB and other relevant regulations. The offer includes a permanent full-time position, a company car also for private use, home office options, and the security of a family business with decades of market experience.
