At the construction company Kappes in Altrich, as construction manager you take on the planning, control and supervision of construction sites and coordinate the entire project workflow. The duties include calculations, measurements and billing as well as coordination with clients, architects and other construction stakeholders through to independent site management. Requirements are a completed degree in civil engineering, a master mason qualification or a technician qualification in building construction, as well as a class B driving licence. The family business in its third generation offers, among other things, a company car for private use and long-term prospects in full-time employment with 40 hours per week.
