These terms apply to all users of Jobanzeiger Mosel and related online services (job search, shortlist, user account, email notifications for new jobs).
By registering you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy. Without registration these terms apply to public use of the job search accordingly.
Jobanzeiger Mosel provides a regional job portal. The operator strives to keep listings current but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or availability of individual postings.
Services include:
Job content mainly comes from third parties (e.g. Stepstone). Contracts are concluded only between you and the respective employer or provider.
Registration is voluntary. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and not grant access to third parties. One account per person is intended.
After registration you receive an email to verify your address. The account is fully activated only after successful verification. You can change name and password under /user-preferences.
Email job alerts are an optional add-on in the dashboard. You can create, pause or delete alerts at any time. There is no claim to a specific frequency or completeness of notifications.
Use of job search, shortlist and user account is currently free of charge.
If paid services are introduced in the future they will be shown separately before contract conclusion.
You may stop using the service at any time. Email alerts can be deactivated or deleted in the dashboard.
To delete your account contact the operator (see imprint). Personal account data and related alert settings are removed unless legal retention obligations apply.
The operator may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations, abuse or security risks.
The operator is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.
For slight negligence the operator is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage. Third-party job content is not reviewed; liability for external content is excluded where permitted by law.
The website may have technical interruptions (maintenance). There is no claim to uninterrupted availability.
Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
Personal account data is stored on servers in Germany with German providers. Details on purpose, legal basis and your rights: Privacy Policy.
Content, layout and software of the website are protected by copyright.
Copying, publication or automated scraping without prior written consent is prohibited.
The operator may amend these terms for the future. Registered users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the operator’s registered address.
If individual provisions are invalid the remaining provisions remain effective.
