The Romantik Jugendstilhotel Bellevue in Traben-Trarbach trains hotel specialists and provides insights into reception, reservations, restaurant, housekeeping, events and operational processes. Apprentices are trained as all-rounders and gradually take on responsibility in a house with around 80 rooms, a spa and the Belle Époque restaurant. Where suitable, an additional qualification focusing on management, bookkeeping, human resources and business management is possible. Training places for 2026 are already filled; applications for 2027 are welcome, with the start each year at the beginning of August. The hotel highlights individual support, the Romantik network and prospects of permanent employment.
