Moselstern Hotels are looking for reservations staff for the reservations centre in Ellenz-Poltersdorf. The role includes telephone and written guest advice predominantly in German, managing holiday bookings from offer through to invoice, and close cooperation with the hotel receptions. Further tasks include quota monitoring, content maintenance on sales channels and support with events and marketing. Excellent German skills are required, good English skills are an advantage; knowledge of hotel software such as Casablanca is desirable.
